ALISON MAREK (MFA, Kanbar, Film)
ALISON MAREK (MFA, Kanbar, Film) recently won a Director’s Award from the Hearts & Minds Film Festival for her short comedy, The Three-Body Solution, which was sponsored by a grant from the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. Her previous short, The Playground, was funded by Showtime Networks, Inc., and aired on their stations. She has spent the last several years documenting the specialty toy industry in a series of online articles and videos and is seeking completion funds for a feature on new inventors at Toy Fair.
