His half-animated/ half live-action TV pilot, <em>Zoom Kitty</em> was optioned to Jim Henson Productions and he’s directed music videos for bands like Grizzly Bear as well as ads for clients like BCBG / Max Azria.  A new media guy, Japhy has worked for Vuguru, EQAL and has been insulted by Perez Hilton via Twitter.  <em>Foodies</em> is his first Web series.</p>

<p>Alex Berger ’02 (BFA, Kanbar, F&#038;TV) &#8211; Alex grew up in Philadelphia, Minnesota, and Arizona before moving to New York to attend NYU. After several years of working in post-production, he moved to Los Angeles to focus on writing. Last year, his short <em>BBQ</em> won the Audience Award in the Valley Film Festival’s Comedy Shorts program; his feature screenplay, <em>Little Armenia</em> was a quarter finalist in the Writer’s Network Screenplay &#038; Fiction Competition; and he was selected as one of ten finalists in The Writers Store’s Simon Kinberg Industry Insider Screenwriting Contest. </p>
